RESERVATION POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservation is a policy which is given to a certain group of people who are on periphery which means who are not in the centre and which who are far from the vision of majority. someone has said "not every backward community person is poor and not every Brahmin is rich which means if a person is belonging to a backward community than he is poor and if a person is  Brahmin than he is rich. Money does not do partiality between class of a person. Today we have 543 member in the parliament house there are 84 seats are reserved for SC's and 43 seats are reserved for ST's. The supreme court of India ruled that reservation should not exceed more than 50% but in government sectors there are 60% sets are for reserved Suppose if a person goes for a job interview and there are total 10 seats then there are 6 seats are for reserved and rest for generals. SC's, ST's and others are having more chances to get job just because of their reserved quota. our government provides scholarship to the students of reserved category. Many people take advantage of this scholarship because ww have to show the payslip of our annual income to get this scholarship but many people make fake payslips of their annual income to get more scholarship. I agree that scholarship is necessary for needy students who are really eligible for this scholarship. In India most of the scholarship were given to SC's, ST's, OBC's, women's and minorities as well. Only 0.7% of scholarships are given on merit basis. If a student who gets good marks with his and goes for his higher studies then he is replaced by the student of reserved category who get aggregate marks. This happens just because of he is from reserved category. This is a platform where talent is replaced by worthless. Students who really deserve scholarship they are deprived of it. Some students can't reach for their higher studies just because of their financial problem and the biggest reason is they are form "general" category. Person belonging from reserved category got benefits  in every sector whether it is education sector, job sector and any other sector they always got benefits because they got benefits from our government.
